Reservation Policies

Our rates include free breakfast from 07:00 am to 9:30 am.

The above prices does not include taxes (13.00%) and are subject to change without notice.

Rates listed above are per room per night.

Reservations including Eastern, Christmas and New Year dates, may be accepted with a minimum booking of two nights stay.

Due to higher demand for December 24th and December 31st holydays, full payment is required with at least 1 month in advance. Also, for those nights; dinner is mandatory.

Children Policies

Apply for children between 0 and 9 years old. Children 10 years and older are always considered as adults.

If one child only per room

Age 0 - 2 years old:    Free of charge.

Age 3 - 9 years old:    U$10 + taxes (23%) for breakfast. 

If more than 1 child per room

Regardless of age, extra childs pay adult rates.

Maximum occupancy per room is 4 people.

Cancellation Policies

30 or more days prior to arrival date. Charge 0%

29 to 15 days prior to arrival date. Charge 50%

14 to 1 day prior to arrival date. Charge 100%.

These percentages are calculated over the total reservation amount.
